Established in 2003 by Steve Short, Short Construction has quickly grown to be the market leader in commercial and residential building works.

Starting out designing and constructing sheds for all purposes in the farming industry – including storage of animal feed, protection of farm vehicles or machinery, and protecting animals from the elements we have now adapted our designs for all commercial and residential type sheds.

We now undertake all types of commercial and residential projects. Whatever your needs, we are committed to helping you make your plans a reality.

The Health & Safety of our staff, subcontractors and general public is a high priority for us. Our team receive regular, ongoing training to keep up to date with latest developments.

We are based in Hawke’s Bay but build throughout the Central North Island.
